It is most unfortunate
that sleeping has now become a chore.
I hope I’m not the only one who thinks so.
When you only have 24 hours a day, and you have to allocate a proportion of it for some biological requirement, it’s as good as more work.
Yes, I’m perfectly aware that it’s almost 3am now, and if I expect to function properly tomorrow, I’ll need to clock around 6 hours of shut-eye, what a bother. (6 hours is technically quite impossible now. I’ve plans for tomorrow.)
Yep, plans. Plans because for all my lack of planning, my super-memory for schedule and work-to-do has now completely disintegrated and I’m missing deadlines because I clean-forget things. So now I need plans to do all the things I’ve not done. My bad.
I wonder if there’s some correlation here. A loss of interest in sleep, and memory loss.
